On Priorities, we’re hosting guests in leadership, culture, and parenting spaces to help you align your energies to what really brings you joy. For us, that’s what wellness is all about.
We’re releasing this health and wellness podcast on June 15th—just a week away. We can’t wait for you all to hear it.
Before it debuts, we wanted to share some of our thinking on the wellness space, health and wellness podcasts, and where we fit into this ecosystem. Plus, stay tuned for a sneak peek at Priorities!
Why are we launching a health and wellness podcast right now?
We know the word wellness can seem convoluted, mysterious, and inaccessible, particularly for traditionally marginalized communities. It can be easy to associate it with taking a sweaty yoga class or on the other end of the spectrum going to see a therapist everyday. In both cases, when you are working full time and have kids, a family, and are trying to make ends meet, that can feel like it’s so out of reach and super impractical. It can feel like a luxury.
Additionally, when we hear about armies invading their neighbors, body rights going back up for debate, hate crimes, and children being senselessly murdered, wellbeing can seem self-indulgent.
We want to push back on that.
It may seem counterintuitive, but it’s in times of immense struggle that well being is more vital than ever. At WITH, we believe that wellness is not a luxury, but a right of survival. We want to help you find space to breathe, rest, and restore.
Above all, we want to walk alongside you as you find joy—what we believe is the heart and core of wellness.
When we align ourselves with joy, we are positioning ourselves to live a well and whole life.
What type of health and wellness podcast is Priorities?
If joy is the heart and core of wellness, then this wellness podcast is the entryway to begin practicing and normalizing joy.
But in a world filled with ongoing and insurmountable stressors, demands and responsibilities, how do we begin to prioritize—like for real prioritize—who and what matters most to us? How do you begin to put this into practice?
Priorities is the wellness podcast dedicated to centering conversations like these and more.
On Priorities, we're going to bring expertise from leading and authentic wellness voices. These experts will share learnings inspired by real-world stories. It will all be very exciting stuff that inspires you to create the space you deserve for your own life and wellbeing.
However, know this truth– no one can answer the priority question for you. Instead, we’ll be walking WITH you.
Who are we featuring on our health and wellness podcast?
At WITH, we’re committed to learning from the experts. We’re not here to prescribe a one-size-fits all wellness solution. Instead, our health and wellness podcast will focus on curating expertise for you to find in one convenient spot.
We believe that wellness is not a fixed point. It’s a process of finding balance across every area of your life. On Priorities, we’re inviting guests from tons of fields (from parenting to corporate management) to make connecting all the dots in your life a little less overwhelming.
Meet some of our upcoming health and wellness podcast guests below:
